Ordering Questions
Is there a minimum order requirement?
Yes. To receive wholesale pricing, a one case minimum order is required. All cases consist of 12 candles from the same product line and same size. Scents may be mixed and matched within the case.
Do all candles in a case have to be the same scent?
No. Although there is a one case minimum requirement for wholesale orders, the scents may be mixed and matched within the case.
How does the Private Label Program work?
Our graphic designers will incorporate your logo, phone number, address, etc. onto the candle labels. An original artwork file is recommended for higher quality print; however, we can also scan your artwork and incorporate into the log design as necessary.
Is there an extra charge or setup fees for Private Label?
No. The pricing shown in this catalog includes private label service fees.
Shipping Questions
Where do you ship?
We currently ship our candles anywhere in the United States. DHL is our preferred shipping carrier; however we always com¬pare prices to offer the lowest shipping rates.
Do you offer any free delivery options?
Yes. Weekly delivery to businesses located in the East Valley of the greater Phoenix metro area will be provided free of charge. Orders containing 10 cases or more will also qualify for free shipping to any single address within the Continental United States.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Since these candles are custom labeled, we do need 2-3 days to make the candles and process your order. Orders outside of the free shipping zone usually take 1-5 business days once the order has been shipped from our facility. Orders placed for free shipping will be de¬livered on the first available shipment date following the completion of your order.. Please place orders no less than 2 days prior to your desired order shipment date.
Payment Options
What payment methods to you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Money Orders, Certified, Cashiers, Personal and Business Checks.
Do you offer NET terms?
We will gladly ship your orders out and bill you monthly as long as we have a valid credit card on file. We will then mail a paper bill to you monthly, if the payment is not received in the grace period allowed, your credit card will be charged for the total amount due on the statement. Please contact us for more information or to inquire about special payment terms.
General Questions
Are these candles soy or paraffin?
Currently, all of our candles are formulated with an extremely high-quality, soft and creamy, paraffin wax blend. Our specially formulated wax blend is the key element that makes our candles so strong smelling. Our custom blends easily outperform any soy based candle on the market in terms of scent throw. However, due to the increasing popularity of soy based candle products, we are currently testing different soy blends. To this point, we have not found any that meet our "Smell" standards. However, we do intend to continue our research for the “soy lovers” and will notify you when we find a soy blend that meets our expectations.
Why are your candles so much stronger than others?
In addition to our specially formulated, extremely high-quality wax blend, we use a an exceptionally generous amount of scent oil in all of our candle recipes. The industry standard is about a 2% scent oil to wax ratio. Our wax blend holds an amazing 12% of scent oil...that’s 600% more than the industry standard. That’s about 2 ounces of pure scent oil in every 16 ounce candle! WOW!
Do you use any additives in your candle recipes?
No. We do not use any additional ingredients or additives to our candles. Our recipes are very simple: High Quality Wax blend + a little dye + a LOT of scent oil.
How long do the candles burn for?
Our tin candle collection varies up to 75 hours depending on the size. As with any candle, the life of the candle can be extended by following proper procedures: it is extremely important to trim the wick between uses, do not burn for extended periods of time, and avoid burning in high draft areas.
Do your candles meet all federal safety regulations?
Yes. All of our candles are formulated using only the highest quality ingredients on the market. Our wicks are 100% cotton and lead free. We are also proud members of Candle-Safety.org and CandleCommunity.com. All of our candles contain a label with safety and manufacturing information required under federal law.
How often do you release new scents?
We never stop looking for new scents for our candles. Wetest new scent oils from many different manufacturers on a regular basis. We generally release a few new scents per month.
Private Label Program Questions
Can I supply my own camera-ready artwork for the label?
Yes. You may supply a camera-ready logo and fonts for use on your private label. To achieve the highest quality labels, an original high-resolution file will be required. File formats ac¬cepted are: .AI .CDR .EPS .PDF. Other file formats may be use¬able but not recommended. We also have the ability to scan any paper version of artwork, but again, it’s not recommended.

Each and every candle we produce is hand mixed and hand poured using the highest quality of wax blends and fragrance oils on the market. All of our candles are made with 100% cotton, lead free wicks.

Trial & Error
At CandleStyle, we have spent many hours perfecting each and every candle recipe we provide. We have thoroughly tested and hand poured virtually every commercial wax blend on the market and several hundred different fragrance oils. Every candle container has been tested with multiple wick types and sizes to ensure maximum burn characteristics for the life of the candle.
